shit

THE DUMPSTER
The place where old programmes and embarrassing props go to die.
Savabloy
In the eternal struggle between meat and soy-based products there is one name that stands above all others. Savabloy. He's half-boy half-sausage and this series will follow his adventures as he battles the evil tofu. These are just the early animation tests for a few characters.
Flash
If the downlowconcept have a muse he goes by the name of flash. Here is a short series we have been working on with him.
The Ginger
Thedownlowconcept do a screen-test and all the networks wisely agree that they are too ugly for any screen
Random
For this show we were billed as 'three wacky guys' - it went downhill from there. Highlights of this feature are Hutch's disgusting facials during the video link and Holt's hard hitting interview technique: "if that is your real name". Surprisingly this one was passed over also
...And This Just In
A pilot that was presented to Prime TV a few months before they aired a Touchdown production called 'Out of the Question'. This is a development of our radio series 'Off the Wire'. '...And This Just In' was also pitched to TVNZ but they said that "television is a visual medium and is quite different to radio"
The Late Night Adventures Of Simon And Miles (Animated)
Take one comedy serial that received a luke warm audience reception; add some animation and this is the result. We played it to Szustey and Jaquie at C4 and were met with a confused silence.

48 Hours Television Ads
This series of three ads were made with our muse Flash fronting. They were developed to encourage entrants to the 48 Hours Furious Filmmaking competition to register. One of them even received a complaint from an angry mother worried her children were being corrupted by the image of an old man taking a photo of his privates.

With Love from Panasonic
This is an example of a corporate video we made for Panasonic. The idea was to add value to Panasonic's sponsorship of the 48 Hours while maintaining the style and look of a 48 Hours film.
Election ’08
A series if three ads made for the Electoral Commission encouraging the ‘youth’ to get out and vote. Thanks to these ads the numbers of youth voters soared by 307%. We wrote, directed, produced and edited them so we take all the credit.
